Membership with Inside the League requires acceptance of its Terms of Service as outlined below.

Subscriber understands that all information provided by Inside the League is proprietary and available only to individual owner of username and password as assigned by the terms of service, and any provision of Inside the League information to other parties is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, posting, storing, sending, transmitting or disseminating any information, data or material that originates from Inside the League.
Subscriber agrees not to resell the Service or otherwise make available to anyone the ability to use the service, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly. Subscriber agrees that Inside the League is for personal use only.
Subscriber understands that in addition to being responsible for his own compliance with this policy, he is also responsible for any use or misuse of the service that violates this policy, even if it was committed by a friend, family member, or guest with access to subscriber’s service account. Therefore, subscriber must take steps to ensure that others do not use the account to gain unauthorized access to the Service by strictly maintaining the confidentiality of subscriber’s service login and password.
Subscriber will not allow any non-subscriber to access subscriber’s computer or computer system, network, software, or data for the purposes of acquiring information provided by Inside the League.
Subscriber will not copy, distribute, or sublicense any proprietary information provided by Inside the League.
Subscriber understands that his username and password are not transferrable and are to be used solely by subscriber personally. Any sharing of username and password outside of subscriber’s personal use is strictly forbidden.
Subscriber understands that his username and password are prohibited from use by other members of subscriber’s company, association or organization, as well as any other affiliates, associates, recruiters, officemates, or other aligned professionals. Subscriber understands that detection of multiple access points is grounds for immediate termination of account.
Subscriber understands that any violations of this agreement, without expressed written permission by ITL or Neil Stratton, is a criminal violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) as well as Section 512(c)(3) of the U.S. Copyright Act, and will result in (a) immediate cancellation of subscription with or without notice, (b) forfeiture of all previous fees paid to Inside the League and (c) exposure to prosecution over failure to comply with statute.
Subscriber understands that Inside the League reserves the right to refuse service, in whole or in part, and in its sole discretion, to any subscriber deemed to be in violation of this Policy.
Inside the League reserves the right immediately to suspend or terminate subscriber’s account and terminate the subscriber agreement if subscriber is deemed to have violated the terms of this policy or the subscriber agreement.
